Develop vehicle and parts quality procedures for mass production, including defining checking fixtures, inspection frequencies, and acceptance criteria.

Visit suppliers to assess their quality capabilities and ensure they meet production standards.

Check tooling and inspection fixtures upon completion at the supplier site or in the plant.

Inspect the quality of received parts for both prototype builds and mass production.

Oversee prototype vehicle build quality to ensure it aligns with design documentation and specifications.

Collaborate closely with procurement and engineering teams to align quality requirements with supplier selection, part design, and production readiness.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Industrial, or Production Engineering, or a similar field.

Proven experience (10+ years) in automotive quality engineering, preferably within a product development or manufacturing environment.

Preferably experience working at a 3-wheeler OEM.

Experience with electric vehicles and homologation processes is a plus.

Knowledge of quality inspection tools, measurement equipment, and checking fixtures.

Familiarity with supplier audits and quality capability assessments.

Comfortable working in early-stage development environments where not all processes and constraints are fully defined.

Flexible, hands-on, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Strong communication skills to work effectively with suppliers, procurement, and engineering teams.

Fluency in English is required.
